Camps are run out of Lake County Elementary School.

Fall Break Camp FAQs

When?

Monday - Wednesday, November 25th - 27th from 8:30am-3:30pm

Where?

Lake County Elementary School

Pick-up/Drop-off

Pick up and drop off: will take place at the Lake County Elementary School

Morning drop-off: between 8:15-8:30 am

Afternoon pick-up: between 3:15-3:30 pm

Busing

What to Bring to Fall Break Camp!

  • Winter clothes*

    • Winter coat

    • Snow boots

    • Warm socks

    • Snow pants

    • Warm hat and gloves

  • 1 backpack

  • 1 water bottle, filled

  • Sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, sunscreen lip balm)

  • Any medications your camper is approved to carry themselves  (such as inhalers or epi pens)

* GOL! will have extra winter clothes at camp for those who need something (coat, hat, gloves)

Weather

Please send your kid(s) prepared for outdoor winter weather and winter activities (though we do have back-up gear such as snow boots, coats, gloves, hats, and snow pants for those who need them). In case of inclement weather or severe temperatures/conditions, we will be near warm, indoor spaces at all times.

Camp Schedule

Campers will have a variety of activities and locations, including the Lake County Elementary School and Colorado Mountain College.

Please bear in mind that school district offices are closed for Fall break during this week (and will not be answering calls, texts, or emails). Abbey Hickey and Vanessa De Lira will be your primary contact for Fall Break Camp.

Food

Campers will be provided with breakfast and lunch every day. We will also have snacks available!

Transport

LCES will be our central location! Please use either the upper or lower lot and walk your camper to the front door.
